Match preview: Atalanta vs Valencia CF

History:
Valencia CF will return to Champions League action to visit Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio in a midweek clash in the first leg of the UFEA Champions League Last 16 at San Siro on Wednesday the 19th of February at 9 pm kick-off time( CET).
Valencia CF and Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio have crossed paths on one occasion at Valencia CF’s curtain raiser the 46th edition of the Trofeo Naranja in the 2017-18 season. Rubén Vezo cancelled out Toloi’s 12th minute opener in the 19th minute and Palomino scored the winner in the 65th minute of the match.
However, they have never faced each other in European football and despite their contrasting forms coming into the game Valencia CF will try and come away with a positive result from San Siro.
